The counterpoint between the downbeat and an offbeat rhythm section is good for all areas of life, but especially the mats.
Reggae was probably the first time I made a playlist for jiujitsu; my iPod was playing music at my club in Korea and Legend came on and a couple of people stopped what they were doing for a second to take in the music. Went home and added a few more of my faves to a playlist (not as good as the one below).
