Instrumental beats for IRL beatings at the gym.
With no rhymes to drone out that little voice inside your head—your self-doubts, your anxieties, or perhaps the weight of your expertise—will rise to the surface, like a thin veneer of sweat.
Just where you want that sort of nonsense.
It'll be the first thing destroyed when you tie up with your sparring partner, touch that rack of weights, or even just step foot out the front door.
Unburdened, you stand with your skills and the challenge before you.

Notes About the Tracklist
First , I'm using instrumental hip-hop a little loosely here, more of an umbrella term instead of something super-specific; the tracks below include the genre proper, plus hip-hop beats stripped of their rhymes, and a few tracks that producers never ended up matching with a rapper.
Regardless, what you see below is good for the sport—BJJ, grappling, whatever you aim your strikes at, or otherwise.
Second thing, this playlist is good for the trip to the gym; if you're driving yourself, this one is probably less likely to make you accidentally speed. Unlike the Grime Session playlist, this is mostly in the 80 to 90 BPM.
As always, our playlists are available for free through the links above on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music and YouTube, or you can take a look at the tracklist below and add any of the songs to playlists of your own.
