Here's 100 minutes of Instrumental Hip-Hop for when all you need are some beats for BJJ and nothing else.
There's a couple of themes here; first, music that included lyrics or rapping that was removed, and a few other tracks that were conceived from the beginning to be instrumental. The guy who really put the style on the map (for me anyways) was DJ Shadow and of course there's a track from Endtroducing.....
