This is the good stuff—the style that evolved from reggae and since expanded beyond its roots. This is all about the rhythm, stripped out vocals, echo, reverb and a vibe that's focused, but as far away from intense as possible. If dub music was a BJJ player, they'd gently sweep you and then effortlessly crush you with bass for the next five minutes.
