The Big Beat Sampler no.1 is 100 minutes of bangers for jiujitsu.
Arriving in the mid-90s, the genre took over until the early 2000s with acts like the Prodigy, Chemical Brothers and Fatboy Slim conquering the mainstream and opening the doors to others like Leftfield, BT and Dub Pistols.
As a teenaged metalhead, Big Beat was a springboard into every other form of electronic music, as well as a lot of the music with heavy electronic instrumentation from the 70s, 80s and 90s that I had been sleeping on.

ANYWAYS...
Big Beat is undoubtedly good for jiujitsu, and probably other activities too.
