A Class For Every Age
3 to 5
Focus: Learning how to move and play with others
The Schedule: Saturday mornings
The Win: We turn that 'little kid' energy into focus. Your child learns to watch, listen, and play with peers in a safe and organized space
6+
What They Do: They try it all; BJJ, wrestling, and kickboxing
The Schedule: Monday thru Thursday after school and Saturday mornings
The Win: Your kid's burning energy is channelled while becoming Confident and Kind. It's the most fun they'll have all week
Teens
What They Do: They practice and develop the fundamentals of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
The Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday (Twice a week)
The Win: A healthy place to get away from the screen and do something real. They build a strong body and learn skills that will stay with them as they grow into young adults

What They Learn
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
What It Is: Grappling in a special uniform (the Gi)
The Payoff: It's like a game of tag where you use your brain to win. Instead of just being "strong", kids learn how to use balance and grip to control a partner. It's the perfect sport for kids who like to solve problems
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
What It Is: A mix of everything—wrestling, footwork, and kickboxing
The Payoff: This is one of the most exciting sports on Earth. Kids learn to stand tall, sprawl flat on the mat, kick, punch, wrestle and move with confidence.
It's high-energy and gives them a "total" set of skills for life
THE GYM

What To Wear
Just a T-shirt and shorts (with no pockets or zippers).
That's it
When To Arrive
Show up about 10 minutes before class. It gives your kid time to see the mats and get comfortable
What To Bring
A water bottle and a pair of flip-flops or sandals. We are a "shoes-off" gym to keep the mats clean
Where To Go
Park in our private lot and walk right in. We'll be there to say hi and show you around
